If my boss grabbed my arm, can I sue?

My boss grabbed my arm because I walked away from her. She turned me around.

Yes you can sue and you can also have her charged criminally. In the future, however, I would suggest you not walk away from your boss when he/she is talking to you unless you have a very good reason.
