About Me

My philosophy is to represent my clients aggressively to obtain a fair and just result. I will create reasonable expectations and options for you to consider and pursue. I have been handling personal injury, wrongful death, insurance, and medical malpractice claims in Washington since 1995. I work closely with my clients so that I best understand their cases and how their injuries or losses have affected their lives. I help clients who have been injured in serious accidents or in cases of medical malpractice. This involves working with clients to understand how the accident or malpractice affected their lives and then working hard to seek a fair settlement or resolution of their claims from the at fault parties or insurance companies.
